How are orders made?
All orders are handmade to order by me in the UK!
How long will it be for my order to be shipped?
Orders are usually shipped within a few days of ordering but may take up to a week to be shipped as everything has to be handmade :)
Is international shipping available?
Yes!
Are taxes and duties included in the order total?
Bags shipped outside of the UK may be subject to duties and taxes applicable to the country of delivery. Customers are solely responsible and liable for any duties or additional fees. We recommend you to contact your local customs office for details and further information. Customs, duties and taxes are non refundable if you choose to return your order.
What if I receive a faulty item?
If you receive a damaged or faulty item please email me at daisyhandmadeuk@gmail.com with photographs of the fault/damage and your order number.
Can I cancel/change my order?
Please contact me at daisyhandmadeuk@gmail.com if you would like to make changes to your order, however please note that orders are often prepared quickly and it may not be possible to make changes so please get in touch as soon as possible! :)
How do I return an order?
*Returns are not available for custom embroidered items!*
Once you have received your order you have 14 days to make a return. The returned products must be returned in the same condition as they were received. Any product that is returned faulty, damaged, dirty, used or deteriorated will not be refunded.
Any items with custom measurements are excluded from the right to cancel.
If you want to make a return you will have to notify us by sending an email to daisyhandmadeuk@gmail.com with the subject “RETURN”.
Include your full name, address and order number in the mail along with the product(s) you wish to return.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
